Where are your teammates?

Your employees can share their workplace in a few clicks via our Smart Planner based on weekly projections which can be updated at any time. Employees get notified if they exceed the number
of days worked from home as defined in your internal policies. Furthermore they can book a seat in the office and get notified if the maximum occupancy in their zone has been reached.
Our Heatmap feature provides in a single place the whereabouts of your teammates with various filtering capabilities to enhance the employee experience (e.g., schedule in-person meetings, ensure a back-up on-site, organise a lunch with colleagues,…).​​ The Heatmap empowers your people to decide when it's best to work from the office. The relevant information can be synchronised with your favourite calendar (Outlook, Google or Apple).

When implemeting a hybrid work model, you may create various type of flexible policies to be assigned to your people based on several criteria (e.g., position, residency, seniority, functions, regulations…). Pulse Remote enables each organisation to create its own policies and to easily monitor them in real time. ​Tracking these policies on spreadsheets is burdensome and unreliable.
